Thank you for visiting our webshop on the website madnonna.com (hereafter the ”Site”) published by Manuela art and design in Stockholm (hereafter ”mad nonna”). Please read the following Terms and Conditions before placing an order in our webshop.

Orders & Availability
Mad nonna has set up a webshop on this site and customers can place their orders through our webshop.
An order confirmation will be sent by email when the order is placed. Lou in Love does not guarantee that all items included in the Mad nonna webshop are in stock at the time of the order. In the event that an item is unavailable, Lou in Love will contact you shortly by email.

General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to Lou in Loves webshop on madnonna.com (in the following referred to as the ”webshop”), this covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into from a distance with Lou in Love AB, hereinafter referred to as ”Lou in Love” or ”we”. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary over time. Please make sure you read them thoroughly.

Disclaimer
A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Mad nonna to the e-mail address you submitted. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the webshop, Mad nonna will notify you of this by e-mail. We may then suggest an alternative item, or cancel the order in question. If incorrect price information has been shown on the webshop you will be offered to either purchase the item to the correct price, or cancel the order. Mad nonna reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, can be suspected.
Mad nonna have tried to accurately reproduce the colors in the website photography as similar as possible. Mad nonna cannot guarantee that the actual product is the exact same color as perceived on your computer screen as it may vary from different computers, cell phones, ipads etc.
Mad nonna reserves the right to end the sale and any price errors.
To place an order in the webshop you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship.

Trademarks
Our trademarks include (amongst others) the Mad nonna´s name and logo. These trademarks may be used or registered in more than one country and your use of this web site does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.

Return and exchange
We want you to be satisfied with what you purchase from Mad nonna. However, if you do decide to return your purchased item, you may do so within 14 days from the day the item was delivered to your service point. In this case, you must contact Mad nonna (info@madnonna.com) within 14 days after delivery. If you do not collect your package within 14 days, the package will be returned to Mad nonna. Please note that you will have to pay the delivery cost for the returned package to Mad nonna.
As a consumer, please note that you will be liable for any diminished value of an item resulting from how you have handled the item beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
Mad nonna may therefore reduce the amount of money refunded for items which show evidence of being e.g. damaged or dirty. The price tags, hang tags and labels have been removed for the purchased item.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different item. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge (within Sweden). Items on sale are non-exchangeable but can be returned.

Privacy policy
All personal information, such as name, address and e-mail address, which you will provide when registering on the website or when placing an order with Mad nonna will be handled with utmost care and in accordance with EU law.

Force majeure
In case of Force Majeure, the obligations of Mad nonna will be suspended. The contract between you and Lou in Love can, in those cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Mad nonna. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or Internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Mad nonna will of course do all we can to solve the problem for our customers as soon as possible.

Payment
The webshop of Mad nonna offers you to pay by invoice via Klarna (Sweden). In collaboration with Klarna, Mad nonna offers you billed to individuals and businesses, with 14 days credit. Individuals can also choose to split their payment in 3-24 months. Contact Klarna by phone +468-12012000 for further information. For late payments, late payment fee by the amount allowed by law, currently 50 SEK and interest + applicable reference rate. For questions regarding reminder fees / interest rates, contact Klarna. Simplified credit check but sent a copy is made and you get a response within a few seconds.

Terms of shipping / delivery
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address reported in the order is correct Mad nonna can not be held liable for any delays which we cannot influence, such as unexpected events during shipment.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Thus, Import duties, taxes and charges are your responsibility and not included in the item price or shipping charges. A good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order so that you are aware of the possible charges.

Uncollected items
Items that are delivered by Posten are retained at the local delivery office for 2 weeks. After this time the item will be returned to Mad nonna. You will be charged for the shipping fees. Please keep in mind that you have to collect the item if you wish to use your right of withdrawal.

Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with Swedish law.
The laws of your country may differ from Swedish law. Users should comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding the use of our website.
